This Privacy Policy explains how P&P Human Resources and Services Ltd (the “Agency”) collects, uses, stores and protects personal data through the website https://pphrservices.com and in the course of providing recruitment services.
The Agency operates as a licensed Private Employment Agency in the Republic of Cyprus, registration number 585, and complies with the legislation governing private employment agencies, Law 126(I)/2012.
This Privacy Policy has been drawn up in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Protection of Natural Persons with Regard to the Processing of Personal Data and the Free Movement of such Data Law of 2018 (Law 125(I)/2018) of the Republic of Cyprus.
The Agency applies appropriate technical and organisational measures, ensuring that the collection, use, storage, transfer and any other processing of personal data is carried out lawfully, transparently and securely, in line with the principles of lawfulness, integrity, confidentiality and accountability set out in the applicable framework.

2. What data we collect
A. From candidates
The Agency may collect: full name; date of birth; contact details; home address; curriculum vitae (CV); professional experience; education and qualifications; language skills; licences or certifications; availability for work; employment preferences.
For third-country nationals, where legally required, the Agency may additionally collect: residence permit details; work permit details; information required for immigration and employment procedures.
The Agency collects only the data necessary to provide recruitment services.
B. From employers
The Agency may collect: company name; company registration number; contact person details; telephone and email; description of available positions; role requirements; information on employment terms.
C. From website visitors
When you send us a message through the available contact channels, we collect your name, email, phone number, country (if you provide it), subject and the content of your message, so that we can reply. This data is kept for 24 months from the last contact.
3. Purposes of processing
Data is used to: assess candidates; match workers with available positions; communicate with candidates and employers; forward CVs to interested employers; support recruitment procedures; support labour immigration procedures where required; comply with legal obligations.
4. Sharing of data
Candidates' personal data may be disclosed to employers only:
- for a specific position,
- after the candidate has been informed,
- in accordance with the candidate's choices and consent where required.
The Agency does not sell, rent or otherwise make personal data available to third parties for commercial purposes.
5. Recipients and service providers
Beyond employers as described above, data may become accessible to categories of recipients acting on our behalf: the website hosting and infrastructure provider; the email provider; the website analytics provider (Umami, cookieless); and the competent authorities where required by law.
6. Candidates from third countries
For candidates who are not EU citizens, the Agency may process additional data required for: right-to-work checks; work permit procedures; residence permit procedures. This data is used exclusively for lawful employment purposes.
7. Data security
The Agency applies appropriate technical and organisational measures, including: restricted access to data; protection of user accounts; secure file storage; staff confidentiality; security incident procedures.
8. Retention periods
Data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Indicatively:
- Active candidates: for as long as the profile remains active
- Inactive profiles: up to 6 months
- Employer data: for the duration of the business relationship and for as long as the law requires
- Contact messages: 24 months
9. Rights of candidates and employers
Every individual has the right to: access their data; rectify inaccurate data; erasure where permitted; restriction of processing; object to processing; data portability where applicable.
Requests may be sent to info@pphrservices.com. We respond within one (1) month of receipt, extendable by two further months for complex requests (GDPR Article 12). Exercising these rights is free of charge in principle.
10. Minors
The Website is not directed at minors. We do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 14 years of age, the digital consent threshold in the Republic of Cyprus under Law 125(I)/2018. If we become aware that we have collected such data without the required consent, we will delete it as soon as possible.
